Las válvulas de regulación manual ROBINET FF en acero al carbono están diseñadas específicamente para la industria frigorífica, y cumplen con todas las directivas, reglamentos y normas de fabricación más actuales.

• Gama de tamaños: DN 10 – DN 40
• Rango de presiones: PN 25 (estandar), PN 40 y PN 65 ver anexos técnicos
• Rango de temperaturas: -50/+110ºC (estándar)
• Temp. inferiores a –50ºC: consultar
• Refrigerantes: Aptas para todos los refrigerantes usuales según EN 378-1, incluidos NH3 y CO2. Empleo con fluidos inflamables y especialmente corrosivos requiere consultar a fábrica.
• Fluidos secundarios y aceites lubricantes: Pueden emplearse con aceites lubricantes, salmueras, aguas glicoladas y otros fluidos secundarios, pero requieren consulta previa a fábrica.
• Estos reguladores cortan totalmente el paso en su posición cerrada.

Características:

• Materiales de cuerpo y cabezal en acero de grano fino forjado para baja temperatura. Vástago en acero inoxidable pulido, cierre interior con anillo de TEFLÓN fácilmente recambiable y cierre hermético hacia el exterior con juntas tóricas de NEOPRENO.
• Peso ligero gracias al empleo de materiales de alta calidad y resistencia.
• Cierre inverso para sustitución de las juntas tóricas del prensa con instalación en servicio y sin riesgo de fugas de refrigerante.
• Regulación mediante obturador cónico con cierre TEFLÓN – ACERO.
• Cierre hermético hacia el exterior mediante juntas tóricas dobles y cámara intermedia de descompresión.
• Disponible con caperuza y volante.
• Cuello largo para aislamiento.
• Extremos para soldar en varias versiones:
  • M = extremos mecanizados con espesor según DIN 2448.
  • S = extremos mecanizados con espesor según ANSI B 36.25 standar. B = extremos para soldadura blanda (tubo de cobre).
  • K = extremos para soldar socket weld. H = extremos para tubo inoxidable.

RFF hand-regulating valves are constructed from low temperature carbon steel with stainless steel spindles sealed by two O-rings with a special oil filled groove which provides a complete gas tight seal.

RFF hand-regulating valves can be supplied with a material certificate for body and bonnet which guarantees the impact strength at -50°C.

The O-rings can be replaced when the spindle is back-seated fully. Maintenance of the O-rings can be carried out without shutting down the plant.

Regulating is carried out by restricting the passage by a conical seal (cone), and with the new models shut-off is obtained by PTFE to steel contact.

Hand regulating valves can be identified by a series of two grooves machined into the vertical bonnet surface. They are painted mauve in colour.

Hand-regulating valves have a normal maximum flow-rate which depends on their nominal diameters, but they can be fitted with special cones to give a higher-than-standard flow-rate.

The new Hand Regulating Valves can be described as straight through. Angle versions are possible for sizes DN 15, 25 and 40mm only. The angle valve dimensions are identical to the angle Shut Off Valve sizes.

By using valves fitted with caps on installations using odourless refrigerant extra security is ensured. Gas refrigerant is contained under the cap which is manufactured with small hole drilled under the gasket. When the cap is unscrewed, any build-up of refrigerant gas inside the cap will escape through this hole and can be heard as a whistling noise. This is an indication that the O-rings in the gland nut have been damaged or are in poor condition.

All hand-regulating valves can be fitted with handwheels or caps.
